Mon: 11m EZ River Avon Trail

Tue: 10m @7:30 pace

Wed: 11.5m Treadmill various paces/inclines

Thu: am 3m EZ pm 7m EZ

Fri: 7m EZ

Sat: 21m Richmond Park trails

Sun: Core/Swim/Foam Roller

Total: 72 miles

The objective of this week was to hit the 70 mile mark. I have only run this much in one week on one occasion before, which involved a 100km race. Hitting this level of mileage consistently in the weeks to come is my target. Next week I’ll throw some workouts into the mix.
