Thu: am strength & conditioning – pm 4.2m EZ

Fri: 16m @ 7:40 pace (3m @ 7:00 pace)

Sat: Wimbledon Common Parkrun + WU/CD 4.8m total

Sun: am gym circuits – pm 5.5m EZ

Total: 64 Miles
